Residential House Manager

House Manager Role:

  • Woodfords has an opening for a full-time House Manager within the Residential Program in Saco.
  • The Residential Program offers individuals with developmental and intellectual disabilities the opportunity to live in a supportive home setting staffed by Direct Support Providers.



This is a Monday-Friday daytime position, with occasional evening and weekend shifts.


Compensation: $16.50 to $18.00 hourly



  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in the field of direct care or a supervisory position in social services
  • College degree preferred but not required, based on experience
  • Ideal candidates will have CRMA certification and either DSP, BHP, or MHRT certification

House Manager Responsibilities:

  • Oversee Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) in the home who work directly with consumers on daily activities and independent living skills
  • Role model high-quality service delivery to consumers at all times
  • Schedule Direct Support Professional (DSP) shifts to meet program requirements
  • Provide direct care to consumers, including helping with meal preparation, housekeeping, decision-making, transportation and personal support
  • Work with the Program Director and Assistant Director to create and maintain a high quality program for consumers.
