Clinician - Home and Community Treatment (HCT) 

Woodfords is growing and has an opening for a Clinician within the Home and Community Treatment Program. The Clinician delivers the highest quality services to children and families in their homes and communities in Southern Maine. Woodfords Home and Community Based Treatment serves children with Autism Spectrum Disorders, Intellectual Disabilities and mental health issues. Services may include work with foster parents as well as kinship and biological families. Some provision of outpatient services to children, families and adults may be available.

Responsibilities of the HCT Clinician:

  • Provide training, education and supervision for Behavioral Health Professionals
  • Provide regular clinical support to Behavioral Health Professionals through field, group and individual supervision
  • Participate in team meetings
  • Provide effective clinical treatment to children and families consistent with agency clinical curriculum
  • Provide on-call support to Behavioral Health Professionals including evenings and rotating on-call for weekends
  • Attend consumer Treatment Team Meetings as needed
  • Complete Comprehensive Assessments and Individual Treatment Plans and Crisis Plans
  • Maintain clinical documentation and client files
  • Maintain billable productivity
  • Provide intake coordination, assessment and triage work as needed with families on the program wait list
  • Provide coverage for other clinicians and Behavioral Health Professional's as needed

 

Qualifications of the HCT Clinician:

  • The Clinician must be licensed as one of the following: LCSW, LCPC, LMFT, LADC, CADC, APRN-PMH-NP, APRN-PMH-CNS in Maine or currently hold a conditional license as an LMSW-CC, LMSW-C, or LMFT-C. Full independent licensure is preferred but not required
  • Experience providing Home and Community Treatment (HCT) is a plus
  • Supervision towards full licensure is available
  • Clinicians will have a valid driver's license; have the use of a reliable vehicle and the ability to be flexible in working late afternoon and early evenings. Travel in Cumberland and York Counties is expected
