About the DSP & CRMA Role:

As a Woodfords' Direct Support Professional (DSP) & CRMA:

  • You will work directly with adults with developmental disabilities on daily living skills including: meal prep, housekeeping, decision making, transportation and personal support.
  • You will support individuals to be active in the community and accompany on outings and activities.
  • You will provide written documentation.
  • You will be a key member of the Residential program working independently with an adult and cooperatively with a treatment team.


Pay Rate for the DSP & CRMA Role: $13.50/hour

Key Qualifications of the Direct Support Professional (DSP) & Certified Residential Medication Aide (CRMA):

  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Valid driver's license
  • Use of reliable vehicle with current insurance
  • Direct Support Professional (DSP) certification required
  • Certified Residential Medication Aide (CRMA) required
  • Good physical strength; able to bend, lift and stand.
